See It So Company Overview and Vision
See It So®, an LLC Corporation formed in 2002, is founded on, and dedicated to, the belief
that each child innately carries his or her own genius to be nurtured, preserved, and valued. As
Thomas Armstrong (2000), author of many works on the Multiple Intelligences, eloquently
states, “Every child is a genius according to the original meanings of the word ‘genius’ which are:
‘to give birth’ (related to the word genesis) and ‘to be zestful or joyous’(related to the word genial).
Essentially, the real meaning of genius is ‘to give birth to the joy’ that is within each child. It is
imperative that we, as educators and parents, help preserve these genius characteristics of children as
they mature into adulthood, so these capacities can be made available to the broader culture at a time of
incredible change.”
We are dedicated to imaginative education; to nurturing, embracing and encouraging the joy in each child;
and to developing creativity skills and academic skills, in the belief that children raised with the ability to
imagine a joyous future will create such a future.
Why Storytelling?
Young children learn some of their most important pre-reading skills while listening to stories, including
listening and vocabulary comprehension and development of attention span. Emotional identification with
the characters develops critical abilities for reading, learning, and attention levels in general. The psychological
benefits of gentle nurturing and captivating visual worlds, fantasy, and experiences that promote empathy,
provide children the sensation of spending more time with a group of best friends. With the frequent over-
stimulation from other fast-paced media, such time is valued dearly by teachers, parents, and children alike.
Eco-camps and radio extend stories
See It So® is developing family-oriented eco-camps in Oregon to further avail children of
opportunities for holistic and environmental education. These camps will extend the
tradition of environmental work begun in 1952 by conservation pioneer Vernon Good
and carried on by his family in the years since. Educational programs will be designed and
taught in conjunction with educational teams from a number of natural sciences groups
such as the World Forestry Center in Portland, Oregon. See It So® is also trademarked in Other Product Lines
radio programming to broaden the reach of the storytelling experience and provide a further forum for discussion
of educational, parenting, and child development issues.

Authors note
The creations of the heart are those that call, those that last. After a long career in design and
architecture, I returned full time to my real world, the world of children, nature, imagination
and Spirit. See It So® was born in 2000 of a desire to share my deep love of Humankind, Earth
and all of her inhabitants, and a great thirst for understanding the continuum of the material
and spiritual worlds. This search seems to be in the hearts of all of humankind now, in this era
of deep spiritual challenges, quantum physics, and an economy pushing us to feel and know
what truly matters; family, friends, each other, and our hostess Earth; matters of heart and soul. Author and Family
Our lives and our children are our most precious gifts, our future, and in such magical ways, our teachers. See It So®
stories are offered to children as a joyous model as they absorb, inherit, and learn to revere and reflect the world
around them; and to us, their loving guides, as an opportunity to see through their eyes, envisioning our own power
to co-create with Life through the reality we choose to empower. Here’s to creating a life of beauty, reverence for all
of life, allowance of each other’s creations, and above all Love.
Thanks so much for joining us. We’re delighted your here. Let the play begin!
